Payment Methods

Card payments in our store are processed through the secure Redsys platform, a leading international payment solutions provider. When you indicate that you want to pay for your order, the amount and order ID are captured, and the entire payment process takes place outside of Sekurae's servers within the Redsys platform. This way, no one can store your bank card information.


What are the shipping costs at Sekurae?

Shipping costs are free for orders over €100 (excluding taxes) with delivery to the Peninsula. For orders shipped to the Balearic Islands, the minimum order value for free shipping is €300, and for Canaries, Ceuta, and Melilla, it's €500. For orders that do not meet these minimum values, the following shipping costs apply:

  • Peninsula: €4.95.
  • Portugal: €4.95.
  • Balearic Islands: €10.
  • Canaries, Ceuta, and Melilla: €30.

What is the delivery time?

Products in stock

For products in stock, the delivery time is 2-3 business days in the Peninsula and Balearic Islands. For Ceuta, Melilla, and Canaries, the delivery time is 10-12 business days.

Products out of stock

For products not in stock, the delivery time is 4-5 business days in the Peninsula and Balearic Islands. For Ceuta, Melilla, and Canaries, the delivery time is 15-20 business days. In any case, we will always notify you of the expected delivery date.

Customized products

Customized products (signaling or workwear), have a slightly longer delivery time due to their nature. We need to confirm the design with you before starting work, so the delivery time is 5-7 business days in the Peninsula and Balearic Islands. For the rest of Spain, the delivery time is 15-20 business days once the order has been confirmed.

Customized hard hats and personalized reflective tapes have a delivery time of 15-20 business days. These delivery times start once the design has been confirmed by the customer.

How can I track my order?

Sekurae provides a system for you to track your order. You can access your account, and there you will find a list of all the orders you have placed in our online store. Additionally, when your order has left our facilities, we will send you the following:

  1. A email with your tracking number and the carrier.
  2. Additionally, the carrier may also send you a SMS with the details of your shipment.

What if my order is delayed?

If for any reason, your order is going to be delayed and we cannot meet the agreed delivery date. We will notify you by email or phone to try to see if you can wait or if we can offer you another solution.


Can I return my order?

Of course, you can exercise your right to withdraw within 14 business days. The right to withdraw covers the total amount of the purchase, i.e., the price of the product plus shipping costs, except for the shipping costs of returning the product to Sekurae, as we do not pay for you to pick up the product.

In no case will we accept returns of customized clothing or Category III PPEs. These products, due to their nature and complexity, cannot be returned or refunded. Our recommendation is that if you have doubts, contact us through the support chat or by email.

IMPORTANT: The product must be in perfect condition. The packaging must also be in good condition without any external marks. We will proceed with the substitution or return of the order in cases where the product is considered defective, without any cost to our customer.

How do I request a return of my order?
